The Manassas, VA native received numerous conference, regional, and All-American accolades while playing college soccer for James Madison University (JMU) and was drafted in the first round of the 2011 MLS SuperDraft to Sporting Kansas City. CJ has become a staple in the league by tallying over 135 combined goals and assists through his 350+ appearances in 13 MLS seasons and won MLS Rookie of the Year (2011), Lamar Hunt US Open Cup (2012) & MLS Cup 2013 during his stints with Sporting KC, Philadelphia Union, Chicago Fire, Nashville SC & Toronto FC. He is the founder of Sacred Seeds, a non-profit organization that creates programming and resources to expose underprivileged communities to the power of self-sustaining agriculture and the importance of nutrition to the body’s essential functions.

Giuseppe Niosi is an aspiring public servant. He ran for the at large seat in the DC City Council in 2022 and is looking to use his experience to either help another candidate’s campaign or run again himself.

As a midshipman in the US Merchant Marine Academy, he spent over two years at sea, passed all of his self-paced sea projects, and graduated in 2015 with a BS in Marine Engineering, a US Coast Guard Engineering License, and a commission as an officer in the US Navy Reserves. He participates as an active member in the Strategic Sealift Officer Force. For three more years, he gained leadership experience while sailing around the globe on the USNS Richard E. Byrd, a Military Sealift Command ship, before moving on as a project engineer contractor for NAVSEA in the LCS division. Afterward, Giuseppe moved into a managerial position that required less travel and brought him back home to the place he loves, Washington, DC. While maintaining a good work ethic, he has also completed several active-duty tours as a reserve officer, both domestic and abroad.

He still plays competitively with Arlington Soccer Association in Virginia. He now also runs his high-performance business – The Pureathlete Initiative. The brand was created to help athletes reach their full potential.

Chris grew up in Belgium and the UK, and now lives in Virginia with his wife, Hayley. He speaks Dutch, French, German and English, and received a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics. While in the UK, he founded the British Conservation Alliance and was active in UK conservative politics for several years. He is passionate about reinvigorating Teddy Roosevelt’s conservative conservation legacy.

As ACC’s President, Chris is the external face of the organization to donors, media, and political leaders. He has been published in the Wall Street Journal, The Independent, the Daily Telegraph, and more, and often appears on Fox News, Newsmax, etc. Chris is also an international speaker, having spoken at conferences in more than ten countries.
